Sorry, there's not. I also tried to get it for my branch of Boys and Girls Club that I work at, but no such luck. (Not FREE, anyway). My boss has convinced me that it may not be worth it right now, because of the prices and how many factors could become a problem, i.e. parents from the school district hearing about it and begin talking about how video games make a person violent, and how little kids are walking around there, etc.
You could quite possibly get free PS2s if you talk to the right people, but PS3 wise, if you find someone who will give it for free, let me know.

These are some sites where you have to refer people to some free trial like you have to do, once you get the specified number of people then you get a PS3, if it wouldnt be too much trouble you could post a letter or something in the community center asking parents or anyone to participate and you get your PS3. These things are legit, but the do take a while and are kinda annoying especially cuz you have to push it on people, but thats the best way to get a free PS3.

You may want to try contacting Sony's community relations or their marketing department. They may be open to the idea of donating one, especially if they can get some press out of it.
You'll want to contact them probably on letterhead from the organization that you're representing as if you just email them, they're not going to be able to determine if you're just looking for one for free for home or if you truly intend on using it at the Rehab Center.

Thats a nice thing to do. You can do what the above guy said. I am currently doing the same or you could call Sony and see if they could help you out. A guaranteed method though would be to do what the above guy says.
