The first time you had sex were you ready if yes how did you know you were ready? Please share this with me.

Most people don't know they are ready; they just get bored with all the curiosity and give in.
However i think this is a really awful trend in society. You should know you're ready when:
you feel very relaxed in the person's presence
you trust the person totally
you feel sexually stimulated by the person - a lot
you get excited everytime you see the person and feel sad when apart
you know the basics of sex, so you're not going to be surprised with what happens and you especially know about STI risks and pregnancy.
you feel you have a precious gift and the other person is worthy of it
Once you have all these, then just enjoy it!

I don't know if I was ready... I think the main reason I did it was because he wanted to, and I didn't wanna say no.
I think the best way to go about it, is do it when you just can't help but look at him and feel hot.

I was 18, head over heels in love with him, we were engaged and he was about to be deployed with the military.
My virginity was the most precious gift that I had to give anyone and since you can only give it once; I wanted to be absolutely sure that the one that got it was most deserving, loved me and would appreciate what he was given.
