hi all i jqut wanna ask this when the us citzen apply for her fiance a fiance visa then send the whole package to the uscc or ins if they say yesso back hometo the fiance contry the usa embassy say yes automatically is that rigth:can any body try to help please think you all

No, the decision at the embassy interview is not automatic simply based on the approval of the petition by USCIS. If the interview had no meaning, they wouldn't bother with it. The interviewing officer can turn down the visa if the applicant doesn't prove their intention to marry the petitioner, or if the applicant was ineligible based on some previous denial. Most fiancee petiitons are approved by the embassies, but not all.

Fiancee visa is the easiest to get but the hardest to acquire if the relationship is not real.
