I am really impatient when I first meet a girl. I know I must go slowly but I cant help it to think if she'll be the one I can start a long relationship with. I tend to analyze her and feel like I am being way too picky. How can I change?

It's important to take a good, hard look at the person we are with -- you're not being picky.
Just remember, everyone has little quirks and habits, which we might have to overlook....
But, if she is of sound character, treats you well, respects HERSELF as well as you -- then it might be worth a try.

That is very hard to anwser. Just spy on her a little. You should be like a secret admirer.
