I want contact from him all the time and i know its unreasonable but i cant stop myself!
This is causing other smaller fights which i hate.....need some perspective here pls!

Sometimes we do want to be with the person we love all the time, but it's not possible, or healthy -- and there is more to life than the relationship.
Maybe you could find things to do in your spare time? Keep busy with a project or two, take up a hobby - scrapbooking, or artwork? Card making, or take a class. You could also take karate, join a gym and do things with girlfriends (lunch, movies, shopping, etc.). You could help a neighbor or relative who can't do a lot.
It's really important to have a balanced life and a SENSE OF SELF... you can't depend on someone else for your happiness -- that comes from the inside, not from another person.
You don't want to appear desparate, and it's nice to have a little independence about yourself. It's very good for YOU and your relationship won't suffer.

Try to keep yourself busy - go out with friends or get a hobby so you are not thinking about him all the time. let him have some space and time you know it yourself it is creating problems. Ask yourself why do you feel obssessed you need this contact from him all the time? Is it feelings of insecurity? trust issues? Let him have his time.

You need to control your insecurities a little. Give him a chance to miss you. Stay busy and wait for him to call sometimes.

Ever one needs some space and you need to give him his..so back off or you will lose him..
