Before you email your resume, send a message with it similar to this : Dear Sir/Madam. I attach herewith my resume for the ( position you are applying for). Should you require any further information, feel free to contact me on the following number (your telephone number). I will gladly furnish any further information upon request. Yours faithfully. If you are applying for a particular position then you could write something like this.

Job Application: John Smith for Social Media Manager

It is also important to convey that u have attached a resume, cover letter so it can grasp the attention of the recruiter .

EX:
Mr. XYZ,

Please see the enclosed resume, submitted in response to Job Posting
on abc.com for Social Media Manager.

Regards,

If they are expecting it, I'd send it to the person expecting it, and put
Resume, lastname, firstname.

If they are not expecting it, and normally accept resumes via email, I'd do the same as above.

If they are not expecting it, and do not have instructions for sending resumes via email, I wouldn't bother with sending it via email, and I would address a hard copy to the human resources department.

Adding a line or phrase that makes it catchy for the reader and makes him think that this is a choice that is different from others and may be works differently rest is on how you present yourself at the time of interview with your reflexs you can always impress the prospective employer a simple line like mutually beneificial works most of the times

If you are applying for a position then put the title of the position in the line.

Ex: Maintenance Position.

or simply phone the company and ask the name of personnel manager and include their name personally.
