Hi...

When a person is treated carelessly and with disregard by their boyfriend or girlfriend, why would they want to associate with this person anymore?

I dont' think it's about "hate" -- it's about self-preservation. I sure wouldn't want to be around a guy i broke up with, for the most part. An ex is an ex... so it's time to move on, not linger and keep in touch.

I have had several boyfriends in my life and i don't hate any of them -- it didn't work out, i moved on, forgave them in my heart if i had to. There was no reason for me to keep in touch.

This is way it has always been and always will be. Women have a sense that they are giving themselves to a man. In fact they, are. This process of giving is a long mental emotional one requiring a lot of trust. Once that trust has been broken, they feel betrayed.

Most women handle betrayal in different manners. However, the most easiest and the quickest way to recover is to hate the person that had broken their trust.
