If you want to 'spice' up your look a bit, i suggest going a bit 'rock chick' haha...
Have a few shorter layers cut into your hair the next time you have your hair done.
Don't wear heavy make-up (not that i'm saying you do!), but maybe just stick to a bit of poweder, some liquid eyeliner on the lash line and, of course, some mascara!
Take a look at clothes in Topshop, H&M, River Island, etc. and try some things on. Items such as skinny jeans, waistcoats, shorts & vintage tees are in fashion at the moment. And don't forget, you can NEVER go wrong with a pair of skinnies & a t-shirt!
Oohh and bold-coloured peep-toe heels are IN right now!

You look like a very beautiful nice person. Don't change a thing. You are gorgeous. I can't see why any man wouldn't be proud to be with you. Crinkle (not sure if that's the right word) your hair, or add streaks of a bit darker colour (slightly reddish would look good).
I have to disagree with some of the previous answers - please don't wear any make-up, especially not eye-gunk - as that almost always looks horrible, and no lipstick - as he'll want to kiss your lips, not kiss a layer of fish-scales, animal fat and chemicals, and when he kisses your cheek, he won't want to come away with a powdery residue or nasty chemical taste.
If you can stand getting a piercing, a nose-stud would look good on you.

pretty plan is good and a great palet for makeup. Eye liner to make your eyes look bigger, foundation base close to your natural skin color to even out the skin tone. a lip liner to shape the lips light like dark pink with a soft pink lipstick on the lips.a little blush from the cheek bone to the temple And if you eyes are blue or a green eye shadow smoky gray or silver gray.
get a high light kit for your hair and use a hair brush to come the high light cream though your hair and make Natural looking high lights.
you have a baby face perfect for any look you want almost a modle quality to your look , Good luck and remember your also fine just the way you are!

You have a lovely face, no doubt about it. Expressive, intelligent eyes. Sexy even! (Nah I'm not homo (-:) First, I think you should apply some lip gloss to make your lips stand out more. Eyeliner and mascara to emphasize on your eyes! Go for the light makeup effect but you still look glam kinda thing. And the hair... Grow it out and give it a little curl to make your hair look bouncy! Hope this advice is useful.

I think you are pretty and have nice hair. Maybe you could try curling it like Chritina Applegate in "Samanthe Who?"
Otherwise you do not look too plain
OH P.S.-- make sure if you wear makeup you dont go too crazy with it. too much make-up can make a pretty girl look a little trashy. Im sure you know that already. :)

your boyfriend is (hopefully) with you because he likes you how you are - no need to change anything about your appearance for a guy - changing your look isn't going to 'keep him interested' anyways - - but if you want to 'spice things up' for your own sake, look at the people whose style YOU like - don't copy it exactly, but think about what makes it good - my guess is it's the attitude behind it more than anything

Maybe try a new hair style or a new hair color. I went from light to dark and my husband loved it. Get a few outfits that are sexy but not slutty. Try bolder colors with your makeup.

i used to have hair like yours, but i always wanted it platinum, so when i moved to London I went full on platinum blonde with a fringe and it looks great! it doesn't look boring and people love the cut! a lot of people tell me I have the most amazing hair now, and even Carmen Electra came up to me and told me she liked my hair randomly on Oxford Street! so just go a bit crazy if you're getting bored with your looks!!
