Unless things have changed since I was in the British Army, then no. No NCO in the British Army is saluted, ever. Commissioned officers hold the Queen's commission, and by saluting the officer, you are in effect saluting the Queen. Warrant officers hold the Royal Warrant, but this is not given by the Queen, so they are not saluted.

In the British army you only salute an officer, i.e 2/Lt and above. That is because you are saluting the Queen's Commission, not the person.
Try saluting the CSM or the RSM and you'll soon be put in the picture!

Do you mean Command Sergeant Major. Enlisted personnel are not saluted on a regular basis, unless it is a special occasion or it is a part of a formation that requires it.

ONLY when reporting to them. For example... CSM calls a SPC to the front of the formation (perhaps for an award or promotion). The SPC will salute, but only because he/she is reporting to the CSM.
Just walking down the street, WO1 and above are the only people you will ever salute. If you make the mistake of saluting a CSM or below, you will be corrected very quickly.

The answer is NO unless he is a VC holder - in which case, all ranks right up to Generals must salute him. .
A WO2 is a senior NCO - he does not hold a commission that needs to be saluted.
This answer relates only to the British Army. I cannot comment on any other service.

No, they are enlisted too. One does not salute another enlisted outside of Basic training.

Not in the British Army, and as you asked in Yahoo! Answers UK & Ireland, I presume this is the answer you require.
