You're exactly right. Are you aware that there were no floods or drought until just a few years ago? This is clear evidence that man is causing changes to the climate.

Global Warming is defined as an increase in the earth's atmospheric and oceanic temperatures widely predicted to occur due to an increase in the greenhouse effect resulting especially from pollution.

Climate Change is defined as a study dealing with variations in climate on many different time scales from decades to millions of years, and the possible causes of such variations. Human-induced climate change has the potential to alter the prevalence and severity of extremes such as heat waves, cold waves, storms, floods and droughts.

So, to answer your question, flood and drought are natural and cyclical in nature. The problem here is illustrated in the extremes. Here in southern California, we had our wettest year on record a few years back, and, last year, our driest.

of course .'coz fioos are due to some migration of plates inside the earth's surface.So natural.
the cause of global warming is just a atmospheric pollution and ozone layer depletion.

also research the " Younger-Dryas ' event. this was caused by prehistoric mans SUVs. and is also proof of manmade global warming.
