Hmm well satan is evil, therefore anyone who worships him cannot possibly be good (just common sense logic really). All satan wants is power, he doesn't really care how to obtain it, how many lives it will worth etc.
And witch burning is not Christianity, there is nothing in the Bible that advocates violence against fellow human beings. Witch burning was simply a cultural phenomenon, however to make it valid in a highly religious society of those days people tried to twist the words of the Bible to make witch burning a valid thing in the eyes of fellow Christians, when in fact they were just covering up their own fear and prejudice, much like *some* Chrisitans do today with regards to gay people.

Hate the sins NOT the sinners. With that being said I personally can't have a good relationship with a KNOWN (by me) Satanist simply because we wouldn't have anything to talk about. Not to mention the fact that I wouldn't want to put myself in a position to be around those who worship evil. Didn't your parents ever tell you not to hang around a certain group of people because they don't want that type of influence to rub off on you? Well my parent (GOD) tells me the same. If I didn't know of these beliefs I would converse as normally as I do with anybody else. I personally didn't have anything to do with killing witches so leave me out of that conversation. There isn't a lot of Satanist! That alone should tell you something. GOD BLESS!!

What I understand about Satanists is that they worship the Devil. Christians like myself, know that the devil will do anything to get you to follow him instead of God. Lucifer was once perfect but his pride destroyed him, in the end days many will follow his slanderous lies, but those who hold true to the faith with dine in heaven forever with God.
As for witches, as the name suggests these are people who practise witchcraft. The historical part first, witches scared the heck out of normal God fearing folk. So much so that in hysteria many people were accused of witchcraft and killed. Not all of them were actual practising witches. This is a typical human response, and is not what God wants at all.
While not mentioning witches by name, Jesus did say something about pagan religions. They believe that it matters what you say and how you say it. When you talk to God the most important thing is that you speak with your heart. They also don't worship the same God as Christians, and I do know what I am talking about, because I once started down that road. However in the book I found, it asked me to recant the lords prayer backwards three time and I found myself unable to do it. The things it was asking me to do was evil and I truly believe that this to is the work of daemons and evil spirits.

I do not know how people treat you generally, Christian or not.
I personally am a very devout Christian. Anything that contains the name Satan in it has bad connotations of me. Thus for someone to choose a name that is so confrontational seems - eh - confrontational.
As far as individuals are concerned, if I met you and you told me that your were 's ... ' I wouldn't condemn you. I would want to know what that meant, and why such an offensive name was chosen.
As far as killing you -- why should I want to do that? I don't want harm on anyone. Of course, thieves and murderer should get what the law demands.
And that is the point isn't it. We live in a world of atheists, evolutionists, Shinto-ist, Buddhist, Baptist, Catholics, Muslim, etc ad infinitum. You can be what you want to be as long as you don't harm anyone or do illegal things.
That my belief system teaches that God will save only those that believe in Christ once the Great Tribulation and Armageddon begins -- has nothing to do with you and me.
If my religion turns out to be the true one, then God shall do what he pleases, not I.
And frankly, if my religion is the true one you have a lot of company among those that shall not be saved.

I think that Satanists are evil people because we are all evil people. I never killed a witch, I don't have to do anything any other Christian does - it's not like me to be a Christian just because of other people, I am sure there are other Satanists out there.

Christians are stereotyped to be judgemental hating people. Thats very wrong. I'm Christian and I don't hate Satanists I just hate what they worship.
Secondly, killing witches was a looooong time ago. It was generally looked down upon. and because people say that they are christian doesnt mean they are. I can dress up in a green suit and grow a red beard but that wont make me a leperchaun right?

Satan exists only according to the Bible. He was demoted by God for trying to be as much a boss as God is. People who "worship" Satan only want to be second best. Witches have nothing to do with Satanism. Some people have "gifts" that are misconstrued by others. Most Christians are hypocrites -- meaning they are don't practice what they believe. They are cruel, rude and mean -- especially after they walk out of those church doors on Sunday.
I believe in God and marvel at his miracles. I detest hypocrites.

I am a Christian and I don't hate any other group. I might think that they are misguided or wrong, but I don't understand the kind of hate that you mentioned above.
The killing of witches was due to a change of wording in the King James bible.
One verse stated "thou should not suffer a thief to live..." King James had the 'thief' changed to witch and there is the source of your witch killing, it did not start with the 'Christian' religion, but a pompous, self-righteous king.

I don't think I am responsible for any witches being killed. If you were ever a Christian you still would be. I am sure it is easier being a Satanist than it is a Christian. You can make up your own rules.
