I have put a picture of my children on my desktop (by clicking on properties etc), yet when I log off then log on later again this picture disappears and all I get is a blank screen. How do I make the picture stay permanently? Also clicking on the tab 'desktop' brings up all my pictures which should be in my photo impact file. I can't remember copying them over, how do I delete them as the normal method of deleting doesn't work?

Try this Faye.

Click on Start (bottom left of your screen)

Move to where it says All Programs.

Select Accessories.

Move to Paint.

When the programme opens, select File > Open, and then locate the picture on your hard drive.

When picture opens up click on File, and move down to where it says Set As Background (Centered). Left-click on it, and that should sort it.
