What are J/W's?

Basically because they're told to cover certain areas of their cities or towns and keep trying to find contacts.

You are under no obligation to open the door to anyone you don't want to see, and certainly not obligated to give them your time if you don't want to. I suggest you get a "spyhole" put in your door so you can see who's on the step before you open the door. If you can't do that, just say "Not interested, don't have time" and close the door politely but firmly.

Where I live they are easily recognizable by the folders full of literature they carry. When I see them through the spyhole I simply don't open the door. Let them knock or ring the bell...they'll get the message.

After a few weeks or months they will move on to another sector.

If you are a Christian, you could always put a fish or other Christian symbol on the door or mailbox where it is visible from the step, to show that you're "taken" and not interested.

They are aggressive . I must tell you that I saw my grandmother hit one with her purse when I was about 6 years old in the parking lot of a shopping center because he would not get away from her or back down. LOL I will never forget it. Its been more than 40 years ago . Try that next time!

hmm...it could be the karma that you get when you also push your own beliefs onto other people, making them feel as if they are not as worthy as you, simply because they do not believe in the same book you do. So now throw you and the J/W's in the same pot, stir you up and I personally cannot tell a difference when the sludge starts to clear. Now you know how it feels to be on the other side of what you are preaching.

Close the door to the J/W and don't listen to them because they are false. All you really need to know is that Jesus is the son of God. God is the Father. God made the world and loves us all enough to send his son to die for us so that we don't have to die in sin and go to hell. All we have to do is to accept Jesus as our Savior and believe it. All we need to do is to live a good and moral life in addition to accepting Jesus Christ because no one comes to the Father but through the son.

I know how you feel! When I was pregnant with my son I was playing in the backyard with my dogs and saw 2 women screaming at me. I went back in the house they rang more doorbell and asked me who the father of my child was and that I could go to hell without their help. They actually supported me getting an abortion! They need to leave people alone!

Because they are trying to force their beliefs on you. Ignore them and if they become a problem give the local police a call.

You can get a " NO SOLICITATION" sign and apply it to the door, or simply tell them your not interested, wish them a good day and shut the door. GOD BLESS!!

JW's are not chasing you ....as I believe even you can agree.
They may seem to call often, however, you can ask them to put you on a 'no-call' list.
OR
You can listen to what they have to say.
They are not monsters.
Most even have a sense of humor.
They are only doing what Jesus told all of us to do.....
Matthew 28:19
Matthew 24:14

Ask to be a 'do not call' and they will stop calling.

If you take any of their material they will call at your house every 2 weeks (just so you know!!)

If you're a Christian simply testify what Christ has done for you. Don't be pulling out scriptures and argue because they are well trained.
