I'm sorry for your loss.

there are many good resources for help, support and advice on line... also, forums.. you can do a Yahoo search for

COPING WITH GRIEF
GRIEF SUPPORT
GRIEF FORUMS

I hope you will take the time to look for some websites which deal with grief. There is no time limit to grief, and everyone deals with loss differently. I'm sure your cousin would want you to move forward with your own life, but i know that losing someone we love is very difficult.

hugs, and take care.

coping with a death in the family is difficult, and your not going to get over it in a matter of days.... it will take at least a few weeks, more likely several months or even several years. Just keep remembering the good times you guys (or gals) shared & forget about the little fights & whatnot you may have had.

Well honey don't be sad. I know its hard but just remember he is up there having all the fun in the world. People in heaven don't have bad things we have down here, they also keep an eye on you and here everything you say when you speak to them. Talk to him tell him you miss him and ask for a sign so that you know hes ok and happy.

You will see each other again, its not then end, it was just his time to go to a better place. Talk to a medium, xxxx

You will cope. He has just passed on in the physical sense but your memories are what will keep him alive from here on in. God Bless.
