if they are your own kids...meaning not like the nieghbours or some friends then you dont need to count becuase you know mentally exactly who is there and who is missing...but if it is extra kids like friends or some cousins.....better to count before you leave the house

I don't have any but I have some girls I tutor every week and when I take them for an outing we all wear the same color shirts I bought for them so we all look alike. I have 13 sometimes 15.We wear Purple shirts with a Pink logo on the front, so that makes it easier for me.

Sad to say , I have only four but since the car seats six and there were a couple of friends, I inadvertently left left my son at the video shop...only because the car seemed full enough...

There was 3 of us but after my parents drove off without me in the car from a gas station while on vacation (yes I remember seeing them drive away) Dad always counted! Its a big joke now-I'm married with my own-but I still hang it over him!

Haha yeah ive got 5 and i always count them if were out and about or in a crowded place. I worry about them so much their my babies even if my 13 yr old is 2 inches taller than me lol

well I dont count for 3 so I dont guess I would count for more. that is an interesting question. When I was talking to my mom about having another kid she told me that after three its just a head count, so maybe your right.
