Of course I pick my nose! I can't stand having crumbs in my nose. If I feel them, I go to a private place and get them out of there. Would blow, but it usually doesn't work for those clingy hard ones.

People who don't pick their nose are gross because it means they have tons of boogers in there.

Plus, it feels nice to get them out.

Ok, this is gonna sound really really gross....

When I was in kindergarten, I used to pick my nose & eat the dried snot!!!
At that time I used to live with my grandmother coz my parents were emplyed abroad.
I used to drive my Aachchi(granny in local dialect) up the wall. She used to scold me all the time.

As I grew up I kinda got rid of the eating habit automatically, but I continued to pick my nose......very leisurly, seated on a comfy chair. It was one of my favourite pass-times.

But then there was a problem, if I'm not gonna put the snot in my mouth, where would I put it?

I'd get into trouble if I put it on the ground & if it sticks to my mom's sole or something...So, the next best option was to stick it under the chair:)

Unfortunately for me, my dog discovered this to be a wonderful delicacy & everytime he got a chance to get inside the house, he'll run for the chairs & start licking underneath.

Then my mom found out!!! Well, that was the end of it:)

Anyway, as I grew up I kinda forgot about my old habit & learnt to clear my nose in the morning when I wash my face.

Now I actually feel nauseated to see people picking their noses!!

I pick my nose when necessary.
Once I was about to be caught talking on my CB radio by the police They came up beside my van and I had spotted them I had hung up the mike and was picking my nose they looked at each other in disgust and drove off. It was a definite that British spies were told that if they were being closely looked at they should pick their nose the Germans then would be disgusted and leave them alone ~~

yeah, why u want to know? i never really had a nose picking problem until i pierced my nose. years ago! well after that i use a screw like nose ring and boogers always got tangled up in the screw and would harden and hurt also blocking airway, so i'd pick it.. and i can't feel uneven so i'd pick the other. also it can leave a nasty smell if you leave it clumped up! so do u pick your nose and need clarification or something? just wondering... besides everyone has done it , especially when they r a kid!

Of course! Everyone has to "clean house" or we wouldn't be able to breathe!
If you try a little experiment you might be surprised; for some reason people think they are suddenly invisible when at a stoplight and if you look at the driver next to you, many times he/she will be in up to the elbow.
I always wait until I'm alone but this girl I used to sit next to at work picked constantly and then would examine her findings and wipe them on her clothes...

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I have this dried, hard, smelly substance that isn't really much like buggers lining the inner corner of my nostrils. Usually, I just stick my thumbnail in there and pop them out. They're small and disc-shaped. The stuff is really smelly - kind of a wet dog smell. I get that stuff out as soon as possible. Bleah!

Yes, I do-what's worse, sometimes I pick otther people's! If the nostrils get clogged up it compromises the airway-it can be a real problem for folks with lung disease-also the little nasal prongs for oxygen won't work.
So pick away people! It's good for your health : )

Ya, when there is something to pick. I cant imagine having the 'thing' in your nose while talking happily to people. N worst, not realising that people are staring at the 'thing' in your nose. So, you better start to pick immdtly.

It is a common thing to do but do it in private , not in front of others, it would be very impolite to do it in public.

Not in public. I have seen people doing it in public and i just think about how ******* stupid they are and how unfortunate it is they were not taught proper manners by their parents.
