If you pay online, there will be a considerable fee to put it on a credit card. Contact the station, and send the payment directly to them. Make sure you leave your return address, so they can send you a receipt.

If you do chose to pay online, the website has the link:

There is probably no need to contact a lawyer if the tickets are for minor traffic offenses. Call the local court in NJ and tell them that you want to pay up and ask what you should do. They might tell you just to pay the fine. Ask if the warrant would also be cleared as a result. They are not going to pick you up in California for minor offenses. You need to take care of this now.

I can not answer for all states but in my experience your problem is not the payment of the citations but the warrant. In most states the mere payment of the citations would not clear the warrant. Although they would never extradite you from CA to NJ on traffic issues it is not something you want hanging over you. A warrant is an order from a Judge for a law enforcement person to bring you before him and appear in court. I would contact an attorney to see if he can act on your behalf in absentia (your not there), take care of the fines and have the warrant removed from the system.
Good luck

You may send a money order issued by the post office, or a manager's check issued by a bank and send it by registered fast mail through the post office to Mt. Arlington police station. You may also send it via private messenger.
