I'm looking for suggestions for gifts for my girlfriend, we've been together for 3 years and I've gotten her plenty of jewelry already and we aren't ready to get married until we are both out of college. I don't want to buy her clothes or perfume either. Good suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Buy her a day at a SPA.
A manicure, pedicure, massage.... She will love you for it, and think of you every time she looks at her awesome nails. :)
Women love to feel pampered and you know she deserves it.

Why not book her into a Spa Treatment or Beauty Parlour place,Things a Lady would love like Massage or Skin Treatment or Nails or Just Relax and be Pampered. Women Love to Be Pamperd Just a Day of Special Treatment ready for Christmas.

Not sure what sort of money you want to spend but a digital photo frame with photos of some great times you two have spent together is a nice idea.
It is something personal that shows some real thought and that your relationship is really special.
I know I would appreciate a gift like this and it is something you can update (photos) on a regular basis. Hope this helps

Depends if you have any in your area, but I would love a full spa package. Which could run you about $300.00. It usually includes a facial, pedicure, hair cut/style. Different types of massage sometimes body wraps. Most places let you pick out your own packages for the types of things she would like. Could cost between $100 -300. Depending what you choose.

something nice but not too ostentatious. why don't you buy a couple of joke presents that play on private jokes between the two of you.
either that or something useful.... does she need a blender? or a laptop bag?
or again, you could spend the time to go shopping with her and let her pick it out- shoes or a bag maybe

Buy her a camera and a scrapbook so she can keep the memories of your relationship forever in pictures. They have some great scrapbook starter kits including paper and embelishments. She'd love it!
