Lets say you burn about 300 Cal per hour of exercise. Two hours will give you 600 calories burnt. If your diet is around 2000 cal a day (a healthy average), you burn almost one third of it with exercise - of course you will be much hungrier!

Make sure you eat carbs before you exercise and proteins shortly after to give your muscles the nutrients they need to recover after the workout.

Yes, it is normal to work out 2 hours a day & be hungrier.

Your regime needs to be monitored; consult a nutritionist or dietician asap.

You are working out 2 hours a day & are not consuming enough calories.

It sounds like you are overdoing it.

Weight loss takes time, it doesn't happen overnight!

It happened to me too! Especially when I started to work. At first I thought it's normal because I need more energy when I'm working. But my body gain a lot of weight after that! So, instead of nibbling/eating bigger portion, I've decided to eat wisely. I use multi-vitamins and change into healthy diets. I avoid carbohydrates when I'm working because it's making me drowsy and I eat more vegetable and drink a lot of water. If you feel that you're easily get hungry, then it might be a signal for you to start drinking more water.

Yes. You are burning more calories and your body needs them replaced for fuel. Eat more protein than carbs and fats so that you're not wasting your time at the gym.

yeah, your body is using more energy so you feel the sensation of hunger. At this point, if you dont increase your food consumption, you will lose weight as your body begins to fuel itself with your fat.
