Not if he isn't a legal citizen or has a green card-maybe his parents-who probably are trying for a better life I'm sure-should have taught him better-also-are they legal? And yes-throw the book at her! Bunch of idiots! I knew better at that age-

If he's not a legal resident of the U.S., then the powers that be are under no obligation to put him back in school. Just goes to show you the Darwin principle in action...
