Add the power consumption of all the connected devices:
1200W + 600W + 60W + 40W = 1900W

Now divide the power in W by the line voltage in V

In the USA = 1900W / 115V = 16.52A

In Europe = 1900W / 230V = 8.26A

In your case the 15A fuse will be pretty much at the limit - but it will not blow, because it must tolerate 110% of the nominal current for more than 4 hours and blow at 135% of the nominal current in less than one hour.

In Europe you would have a comfortable capacity to connect additional devices of 1500W until you would come close to the limit of a 15A fuse.

The wattages sum to 1900 W.
If the wattages are based on a 120 V design and the actual voltage is 120 V, the current draw will be 1900/120 ≈ 15.8 A. This should trip a 15 A circuit breaker or blow a 15 A fuse. If the design and supply voltages are 115 V, the current draw will be 1900/115 ≈ 16.5 A. This will definitely trip a properly operating breaker or blow a fuse.

If the nominal voltage of the system is 120 Volts, these appliances would require 15.833 Amps (1900watts/120Volts). This condition is what we call overloading wherein the current ampacity of the circuit is loaded over its limit. This might result to tripping of circuit breaker or fuse. If the fuse or breaker fails its function, the conductor wires used might burn and create fire if the load is not lowered in time. The circuit is expected to be loaded only with 80% of load capacity to ensure safety of the facility.

You can not use for a 15a circuit unless u reduce voltage below 120v, oherewise fuse will blow off
