One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.

Firstly, I would consult an exercise physiologist (1) They check your capacity to exercise (this is even recommended for people who have exercised in the past just to make sure you don't have any unknown problems) (2) They will design a program that will target those specific areas. My G.P once told me that no matter how much people exercise, some people will not lose their belly and they have to resort to cosmetic measures. The once off consultation will set you back $125 (Australian) but at least you will know exactly what you have to do and how often. This will also include a home regeim for thing to do in the house when/if you can't make the gym. Good luck

Go for protein rather than sugar to keep energy levels going strong rather then crashing. Edamame in pods could be the perfect snack since it takes a while to eat and a one-cup portion offers 12 grams of protein.

we cant reduce body fat according to our own wish. ot seems that your body prefers storing its fat reserves in your abdominal area. the only way to get rid of it is by reducing body fat percentage and running on tred mill or skipping or swimming ar the best exercises than will do it.
also change some of ur eating life style. u can eat like this
1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
6) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
7) no sugar of any type.
8) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. Just cooked
9) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
10) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast
at least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.

Leg raises.
It was the only thing that tightened me up.
You have to do them slowly and and breath into it for it to be effective. Just do 10 each day and you'll be sorted in 6 weeks!
Good Luck
P.S. mind your back though. Make sure that it's flat on the ground and when you lower your legs do it slowly!
