The paints used for glass painting are highly dangerous, and you need a Badger brush for it's application. Then the paint has to be fused to the glass with heat and that means a kiln.
A badger brush costs about $400.00 and a good kiln can cost about $1000.00.
You will have to go to a special store for the paints. They come in powders of greys and are mixed with water to a certain degree.
That's for the real painting. If you want the faux painting then you can go to any craft store or even the craft section in Zellars, The Bay, or a strip mall craft store for those paints.
All the best to you in this.
