Yes. It's just a political power grab. By far, the more socialist you are, the stronger you "believe" in global warming.
People like this "believe" humans are "greedy" and "careless" and that we're "upsetting a balance" so we need more gvmt to regulate people, reduce individual freedoms, and raise taxes.
It's a political or religious argument. There is no science that can predict the future and tell us what the climate will be in 5 years. Any attempt is just a guess.

But you're one of a minority, most of who are simply ignorant of the scientific proof. Many people think the Earth is 6000 years old or we didn't go to the Moon, too.

no, you are not he only one. The math on many of their projections just does not work. No one who buys their garbage wholesale is thinking at all. The projected ocean rise has no basis. Not that much ice in the world. Their theories on carbon sequestration don't figure out. Man's effect is just an ego booster and the planet will keep on going even if it does get a little warmer. I come closer to beleiving a polar shift than I do the flooding. Continue to be a skeptic

Global Warming is the result of Climate Change. And, because some of us, humans, have become greedy, careless in upseting the natural balance, we have put everyone's lives - especially of the coming generation - in jeopardy, danger. THIS MEANS Global Warming IS FOR REAL; IT IS NOT "A LOAD OF BUNK", as you believe.

No, there are a handful of us who have taken weather courses, incredible as this claim may sound, it's true !
1) weather is cyclical
2) there have been many "Ice Ages" before we got here, and there will "Ice ages" again !
3) If you think that you will see "Global warming" effects in your life time, you should seek professional help.
4) "Al Gore" brought this B.S. up, we just had the coldest April on record in NY, where's "AL" NOW ???????

Of course you're not the only one. I'm inclined to think there is some scientific basis which tends to get inflated beyond reason in the media.
