Eating breakfast is really important! Have some oatmeal with low fat milk, whole grain toast, and orange juice or fresh fruit. Plan on a snack in between classes that might include raisens, peanut butter and carrots. For lunch, make yourself a lean turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with lowfat cheese, lettuce and tomato slices (put on later so bread doesn't become soggy), add some bake chips and low fat yogurt and you should be good to go until after school. For the after school munchies, try celery stix and jicama with light cream cheese blended with crushed pineapple or deviled eggs. For dinner, lean protein, fresh veges, a salad, and fruit, such as baked apples with cinnamon and a little brown sugar. Make sure you get exercise every day and drink plenty of water!

Just cut out sodas, sugar cereals, candy and junk food. At your age, if you kick these habits now, you should be able to live a healthy life. I wouldn't concentrate on a super-controlled diet at your age, live a little! It's likely to cause an eating disorder if you diet when you're too young.
