im looking for a roman catholic preist that will marry me outside the church. i live in southern california (corona) and im getting married in temecula. but im having trouble finding a preist none are aloud to marry a couple for the first time outside of a church. does anyone know one who will?

Catholic priests are not allowed to marry couples outside the Church, because marriage is a Sacrament for Catholics and priests have a responsibility to administer Sacraments correctly.

i would have to ask why you want to have a priest marry you but not be in a church? this is not something that can be done by a catholic priest - sorry. you should be able to find another denominations minister, pastor, preacher (etc) that would officiate.
BTW you do know you have to be catholic (at least one of you) and have gone through the marriage classes right?!
