In love, there is no disagreement; there is no threat. Do you think a mind that is not in a state of love; is a religious mind at all???? A question for all and those misguided religious extremists, responsible for so much hatred and destruction all over.

I think you got me wrong--- Charge. Where did you get this impression from that my question is based on religion? In any case you must be aware of religious terrorism or do you contest that as well. However, I agree with you that the state of mind is independent of religion.

My answer to your question is not based on a religion as I am my own person and have my own faith -

But I think the question is silly !!!! why would a mind not in a state of love not be religious???? or religious - why does religion have anything to do with a mind being in a state of love !!! silly question really

That would depend on the religion. Some religions are about self-improvement just as an example. Some are about repairing the earth.

Now if you had asked that question and replaced "religious" with a particular religion then I feel it would work better. But Im guessing that most people will subconciously fill that in with their own religion when answering it anyway.

Its a nice thought and would sure improve the world if religions all were nicer to each other, but I would have to answer yes. I think that a person can be religious to God without having to have a loving heart (Im not saying hateful, just not overflowing lovingness). Of course that would also end up depending on what expectations people feel their God has of them.

A mind with no love? Can not exist. Misguided path may change the mind in course of time without love to humanity. Religions not to pave way to destructions. If so will be no meaning for religions. All religions only preach love.
In reality we see all religions trying to spread themselves through humans. Is it not a barrier among humans, dividing people and the result is religious extreamism.

Absolutely.
A mind that is not in a state of love has nothing in common with God, and must engage in >religion< if the owner wishes to express some form of godliness. That is the function of religion; to keep the conscience assuaged and the pride intact by pretending to some form of righteousness.
An acquaintance of a mentor of mine was lying on a hospital bed counting the tiles on the ceiling, having just been told that his case was terminal. Reflecting on his impending death, he said to himself, "Well, at least I'm saved". Imagine the surprise of that fellow, who had been a preacher for decades, when a small still voice asked him, "What makes you think so?". Startled, he realized that he had been practicing >religion< all his life, but never once actually asked Yeshua to be his Lord and Saviour.
He rectified that error on the spot, and as far as I know is still preaching today. Doctors can't figure it out.

A state of love, huh? Hilarious. Good luck with that. I've never experienced that emotion with anyone but my wife, and I never plan to. Definitely can't call me 'religious' by your supposed ideal. I don't think its even possible, either--universal love.

it can go either way you have hate as well as love, you have to make the choice. you can still be OK if your mind is not on love, you can't be possessed with it 24/7.

A person without love is just a gong or a clanging symbol.

If one is true then the opposite has to be true too.

There are some religions that practice hate.

We all have love and hate.
