hummous is yummy, anything creamy can be made with low fat sour cream, or low fat cream cheese. Salsa is nice, Guacamole with heaps of flavour, mushroom soup dip is nice too.

Any kind of low fat salad dressing-Hidden Valley makes a low fat Ranch dip/dressing mix-mixed with fat free sour cream it's pretty tasty. There are lots of low fat French/Italian/Thousand Island dressings you could try. While you're at it, why stick to just celery? Kids like broccoli, carrots and zucchini dipped in dressing too.

peanut butter is the norm, but try a spinach or artichoke dip

it helps not to force anyone to eat something. If you eat it, curiosity make sit in and the child will. eat some on your own and let the child see. cook it in other dishes like a cream of celery soup season it. One mistake is adults try to make kids eat adult with dips and blaned veggies...wont work i ate veg cause my mom didnt force it she cooked it not boiled it now yes for me i'm not a veggie & she used meats, but you exclude meat & can use salt pepper and other seasoning to make any vegetable taste i said taste good. & cheese doesnt do the job please dont insult the kid.

Avocado mashed with finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, chopped jalapenos, very finely chopped tomatoes and red onions, great scooped onto celery. Also my mum brought me up eating celery with cream cheese spread inside the length of the celery...yum!

Don't serve peanut butter to school kids. Too many are highly allergic to it. Substitute roasted soy-nut butter, with parents' permission.
Try low-fat yogurt cheese with mild herbs in it.
