why would you specifically want to go to a 24 hour tattoo shop? it seems like the less talented artists would get the crappy shifts which would kindof suck for anyone who went during odd hours. most shops have pretty good hours. like noon to between 10pm and 12am depending so it's fairly easy for anybody to get tattooed somewhere between those hours.

I've never heard of any 24 hour tat parlors anywhere in the US..
