What effects does Cervical Cancer have on urination?

Patients having Cervical cancer need not have any adverse effects on urinating, unless and the patient has any Urinary Track infection. The General symptoms of Cervical cancer are -

* Vaginal bleeding after intercourse, between periods or after menopause
* Watery, bloody vaginal discharge that may be heavy and have a foul odor
* Pelvic pain or pain during intercourse

Of course if the cancer is found and chemo-radiation therapies are given the Urinary track infection is a comment side effect and needs treatment. -

Hi Ti! Well I've just had a radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer and am going through other treatments now, but I can tell you from personal experience that the problems i am getting are that I don't get the usual 'wee feeling' I only know that I want one because my bladder hurts.. I dare say everyones symptoms are different, I'm 37... Hope this helps

My mom is 75 and had cervical and uteran and ovarian cancer all at once and she survived and that was in the early 60's. She's never had a problem with peeing dear. If you're having problems, see a Urologist.
