I pierced my nipple a few weeks ago, and it's like all fine, but I was wondering if it would stop my boobs from growing? and if it got infected would it stop them from growing?

Nipple piercings have nothing to do with your breasts.. The piercings may cause your nipples to get a bit bigger, but not your breasts.
Even if it did get infected, your breasts would still grow.
Of course, if you take care of them and do sea salt soaks you won't have to worry about them becoming infected.

Absolutely not. The only effect nipple piercing may have on the size of anything is slightly enlarged nipples, but nothing even noticeable. It will not effect the size of your breast, but beaware, your nipple may actually get larger! I had both pierced and so I know. Also, your boobies stop growing right around when you become legal to pierce you nips so you should be all grown up already.

No, not at all. That's just silly! :]
Anyway, if you're old enough to have a nipple piercing, your boobs have probably stopped growing by now. Unless you get pregnant or get fat, they'll probably stay the same size.

Nope. Growth happens. Notice babies who have their ears pierced. Their ears grow normally as the rest of them grows. Same goes for the other parts of the body. Relax.

NO, IT WILL NOT EFFECT GROWTH. IT MAY MAKE YOUR NIPPLES LARGER. BUT, IT WONT HAVE ANY THING TO DO WITH BREAST SIZE.
