My friend was talking about cutting her hair, but she said that her hair dresser told her that if she did that it would make her butt look bigger..... WTF... could that be true??

Possibly, I know getting a haircut can make the face seem fuller, but I never heard of it making the butt look bigger.

Depends on which segment of Star Trek she's in. Guess it could happen on the "Holadeck". On this planet...cutting you hair will not effect the way your butt looks. It might enhance your face however.
