I knew i was gay, anyways when I thought about muscular guys, or physical superiority(not necessarily sexual; usually not sexual at all) I'd ALWAYS sneeze. Not because I disliked the thoughts, IDK why. Like when the topic popped into my head for the first time in a few hours, I'd sneeze. ALWAYS. Why?

That's a conditioned response to those things.
Something that made you sneeze was probably at the same time you were looking at, seeing or thinking about these men.
it has nothing to do with your being gay, though.

It could be an involintary reaction like Niles Crane does on Frazier, he does it if he's not telling the truth. You can always tell when Niles is lying or covering up something.
So it's a psychological thing, maybe yu need to get counceling about it. Your body is not wanting the lifestyle i'd assume.

Maybe it has to do with a change in respiration resulting from those thoughts. Perhaps it caused a kind of feeling of intimidation, whether you disliked that feeling or not.
