Noah had several enormous aquariums on the Ark, Well, different fish require different conditions, so just one would never do! The fish would have all died if he had not taken them into the Ark. The pollution and the change in salinity would have killed them. Then there were the corals. They can only survive in shallow water, so Noah needed to bring them onboard too.
How did everything fit in the Ark? It used the same technology as Dr Who's Tardis. The inside was much bigger than the outside.

The whales were originally dinosaurs, there was no more room on the ark so noah suggested they learn to swim.
