Pasta alfredo and ceaser salad are definately not Italian.

Pasta e fagioli, ossobuco alla milanese, risotto ai funghi porcini, spaghetti alla carbonara, spaghetti alla puttanesca, melanzane ripiene, arista di maiale, fusilli al pomodoro.................

limoncello or grappa
start off with eggplant puttanesca or arancicni bolognese, next, grilled caesar salad, or escarole sopa, next pollo ponte vechio with rosemary olive oil smashed potatoes, and broccoli rabe with crisp garlic chips . to finish with amaretto zabaglione and put a few assorted berries in it. good luck.

Caesar salad is not Italian.
Antipasto, lasagna, pasta primavera, cannoli, veal parmegiana, pasta alfredo, pasta diavolo, pasta alla sorella, pasta pomidori, pasta marinara. pasta carbonara, spumoni. Wine to drink.
