Well, I have a 2007 350Z with 306HP, and I can take them from a dead stop and a rolling start easily. The 2006 350Z's had 300HP, so it shouldn't be a problem, nor make much more of a difference.

Compare on line Motor Trend dot com or Road and Track Dot Com. I would go with the V-6 engine 6 speed Nissan 350z. Coupe.

No. The 350z has a v6 as opposed to the s2000's i4. The Nissan will be a little bit quicker but I would still buy the Honda over the nissan.

I say yes because usually the S2000 sucks in horsepower while the Nissan 350Z doesn't.

the 350z has better acceleration, 0 to 60 in 5.3. s2000 in 6.5. but with the quarter mile, just depends on the quickness of the driver from there
