I'm not sure if there is a such thing as reincarnation, but I have had very vivid dreams of being someone else in another time, and another place. There have been times where I have traveled overseas, and I felt like I'd already been there. I was even able to navigate my way around in Hong Kong without a map, which found was odd because I'd dreamed that I been there, and everything I saw was like deja Vu. And that was my first time ever traveling there. So you never know...

Go to the forest, starve yourself for three days (make sure you drink enough water). Sit in the lotus (legs crossed) position under a big tree (oak or sequoia, has to be a big tree), close your eyes 3/4 way, listen to the wind through the leaves, wait for dark, then you'll meet your past at a New Moon night.

Yes, I do believe in re-incarnation.
Theory of Continuity of Karma (acts) says that you can't escape results of your actions(good or bad) and to support it, there has to be continuity of births. Otherwise, a dieing man can commit an offence without being punished for that.

Long drawn out memories? No. Flashes and impressions? Yes. And no. I wasn't anyone spiffy in any of my "memories".
And I normally get these impressions on guided meditations, private meditations or directly after one.
Not that it makes a difference. It's this life that matters this time round. ;)
