I am attracted to one of my managers at work. I haven't acted on it for the obvious reason that he is one of my managers and I didnt want to date someone I work with. However, I found a new job and this is my last week at my current job. We have started flirting more than usual recently, and I am very attracted to him, not just sexually but he has a great personality as well. Im not sure if he is attracted to me (I am attractive, but I am not sure if he feels that "spark") or if he just enjoys flirting with me, with alot of men do without realizing it (just my experience). Should I just go for it since I'm not going to be working there much longer anyways or no? If yes, how should I approach it?

Hi.
If you are attrected to 1 of your managers dose he know about that if yes then why dont you ask him if he would like a date.
Actually if your not going to be working there he may be attracted to you after what you have interest in doing with him and things can get worse in any way.
Well that's my suggestion.
I hope it makes sense.
Take care.

well, it would give you more chance to start a relationship with him since you are not colleagues anymore, try to ask him for a farewell meal, and start it off from there.
