All you have to do is act like you have some sense. If not, he will take advantage of you because he thinks that you are stupid. If you act stupid all the time that gives him the okay to do whatever. He will say this girl is so stupid that I can tell her anything and she will be okay with it. Don't do that.

its possible and please dont categorise people as "smart" or "dumb" --- everyone has strengths and weaknesses --- maybe she is actually the ideal person for him and he is the ideal person for her based on their characters and personalities ---- best wishes
