Any ideas to help my right wrist?

Orinoco. I am left-handed. I just cannot seem to use a mouse while at my desk all day. But, thanks.

Murphy's Law dictates that you are right handed, of course!

Rest Ice Compression Elevation (RICE)

Rest - some Occupational Therapists can make splints for your wrist to help keep it still. Other wrist-strapping arrangements can be purchased from your local pharmacy. A sling might be helpful to remind you to keep your arm still.

Ice - use an ice pack or some frozen peas or similar - this relieves pain and swelling

Compression - Splint/strapping can be useful to compress the area and reduce swelling

Elevation - in a sling when you are up and about - or when you go to sleep prop your arm up on a pillow

Simple pain relief - if you are not allergic and if you are able to have them, the following medications may be useful:
Paracetamol (acetaminophen)
or Ibuprofen

Yes i've had trouble w/this also. & i've heard of R.I.c. E. , when i sprained my ankle.

Get a wrist splint & rest it all you can. the ansaid drugs like ibuprofen / advil / aspirin tend to alleviate pain w/this better than the acetominaphen/tylenol products, but are very acidy, & need to be taken on food or milk in the stomach.

also a wrap of Epsom Salts helps the pain , I have got a Nikken Arm Wrap thing off e-bay. it works, if you have an e-bay account search in health & beauty then go put in Nikken it'll show you what's available. i gave about 18.00 for it, but it was well worth it. !

& i wear magnets sometimes &always Copper, not touching end to end.but a band .

Ugh I hate tendonitis. Take some pain meds like Acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

If you've ever heard of RICE(Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) then use that.

Hold you wrist out and bend you hand in and then out very slowly about ten times three times a day. This is for stretching the mussels. Do it slowly to get the best results.

Probably a de Quervain's(look it up!). You need to see an orthopedic doctor for treatment.
