IN TODAY'S WORLD , WITH ALL THE EXTRA BACTERIAS GOING AROUND I WOULDN'T EAT A SEMI-RAW YOKE . I WOULD BREAK IT AND FLIP IT OVER AND FINISH FRYING IT , THE BANANA IS FINE
