does anybody know where I can buy nice bed linen from that isnt pink. My 10 year olds room is purple and orange and she does not like pink. I would like some websites or shops in nsw, it doesnt really matter. I really want something that is a bit different and she is still going to like when she is a teen.

You can shop from any assortment of linens that you find, including boy's if she is into stuff they usually put on boy's sheets like superheros or sports, feminine but not little girls, like bunnies or florals, you could do a gender neutral childrens theme like sesame street or peanuts. You could also shop for adult and teen bedding that doesn't seem juvenile at all but isn't overpowering with grownup flavor either.

Your best bet for something she can grow into is to choose high quality WHITE sheets, a high quality down or down alternative comforter, and a duvet that covers her comforter in a way that suits her style now, esp if she can agree on a more timeless style like a simple stripe or geometric or a neutral color. Every couple years, you you can get her a different duvet. If you have made good choices through the years, as time passes, she will have a few to swap in and out of rotation for variety more often. Throw pillows also change rather easily and you can buy them to match the duvets. You can squish them into a vacuum sealed bag and suck the air out until everything is very thin and stores easily.
