I don't know why I feel this way but it just happened. The only problem is he's 12 and one half years older than me and he's married! I definitely can't stop thinking about him but here's the kicker, I'm pretty sure he likes me back that way and I have no idea what to do. I don't want to give up on him but if he's happy with his wife then I don't want to mess that up either. So what should I do?

Don't be a home wrecker, or ruin your job, or get yourself hurt all for an infatuation. It honestly could all be in your head so you could end up embarrassing yourself. If he is interested do you want to be in all probability the woman he keeps on the side. Try looking at other options, though I wish you the best of luck I don't see this working out for you.

yeah he is up for an affair, so do it. then hate the fact he won't leave his wife, then sue the company for his use of his power of a subordinate. You will learn some life lessons and settle out of court for about $30000

you are totally barking up the wrong tree here. He is way older, married ,and your manager all the wrongs things to look for in a man.

Oh hunny, give it up! I mean I'm all for love and everything but I'm not for breaking up a marriage. If you wanted to pursue anything wait until the marriage is already over.

Crushes feel completely awesome, but my advice to you is this: don't get your honey where you get your money. I know that this probably isn't something you want to hear, however-- getting involved with your boss is really just asking for trouble--- and lots and lots of DRAMA.

when you are looking for serious relationship then, keep away frm him and ignore wht you feel. but if you enjoy being with him and spending stolen moments with him then make a move. i know he cant resist you. just dont expect anything more.

Don't go and ruin a marriage. Take a cold shower and find someone closer to your age.
