weird bumps on my butt.. WHAT IS IT?

i have 3 red bumps... almost looking like big zits on my lower butt... what could it be? i have this icy hot cream ive been putting on my hamstring that caused my leg to be ichy and somewhat red/bumpy... would that have anything to do with it..?
bumps dont hurt or itch..

thanks for the answers so far... just surprised it might be actual zits... dont get them very often at all just sometimes on my nose.. never anywhere else on my body.

could it be something of heat rash? (ive been taking many hot baths for my hamstring etc.)

The could be almost like ingrown hairs or what you said, zits. Sometimes putting a cream doesn't allow your pores to breathe and you get like big zits, just like on your face if you leave make-up on overnight. Talk to your doctor though to be sure.

It could also be something like a blocked hair follicle, which can cause a boil (like a giant zit with a white head). You might also want to do some research on keratosis pilaris - top of the leg is one of the areas where it shows up.

If a cream is making your skin red & bumpy, you might also be having an allergic reaction. Try taking a Benadryl to see if it becomes less inflamed. And, obviously, stop using the cream.

They are big 'zits'. Sometimes people get then there, too.
[ Don't laugh readers, it could happen to you too! ]
Treat them like pimples - wash then with cleanser in shower/bath, use toner or astringent, apply acne gel or cream.
Never sit on an unprotected toilet seat - always use seat cover, TP, or wipe off with wad of tissue before you sit!
