Its not bad to have a little snack. As long as you dont over do it on junky food. Fruits are low in calories and are great for you. The best thing to snack on. =]

Yes, it is still bad to eat out of boredom. It's a bad habit. Healthy snacks are good if you're somewhat hungry.

kind of, next time maybe chew some gum, but eating fruit is way better than reaching for the bag of chips, i hate boredom eating, but who doesn't i guess, oh and banana's curn cravings so good move there if that's what you had(green apples curb cravings too)

That's a good question. I heard somewhere that if you eat when your not hungry, it puts on pounds.

bananas are loaded with potassium mmmmmmmm your heart will thank you,oranges same-thing bu don't eat too much of things like melons any kind very high in cabs not that you get leg cramps or anything but a banana will prevent leg and other types of cramps at nite wile you sleep
