You made the first step and I'm proud of you!
Never believe you can do it on your own. You've already tried that. As Dr. Phill says: "how's that working for you?"
I found it was easier for me to first go to an outpatient rehab program. NA and AA are great. But for me it was easier to get treatment in a more sterile environment first. It was mostly an education class to get me to understand how I became addicted in the first place.
From there they guided me to AA. It was strange. I couldn't believe I cried the first time I went. But it sure as hell felt good.
Call your insurance company and see if they can get you in. Even if they can't, go anyway. What ever it costs it will be worth it. Besides, most hospitals will work with you to arrange payments you can handle.

Know that you are not alone and you are not the only one that has had this happen to them. Also know we all are weak we all make mistakes maybe not the same ones but nobody I mean nobody is perfect.
You are heading in the right direction in admitting you have a problem and you want to get help congratulations on that very improtant step.
You should also know you are deserving of getting help you are loved you are unique and one of a kind. Take that next step in getting yourself help. Maybe a counsleor can help. You do not state how old you are if you are a teenager or a young adult maybe a trusted adult can get you on the path to recovery.
You can also seek Gods help ask him for guildance in this matter that you want to heal and get better he will light your path he loves you more then anybody here ever will and he has a purpose for your life. Know that God will forgive ANYTHING all you have to do is ask for his forgiveness and it is granted. You are just that special to him. Good luck and God Bless

Seek help from groups in the Church. Don't be humiliated. Everybody has his shortcomings. Everone stumbles and that does not even matter. It's the getting up that matters. Good luck and God bless.

It depends what you're addicted to. If it's meth, that is poison and you'll be real old and ugly looking if you don't get off it. Swallow your pride and embarrasment and go get help. It's a phone book away. Good luck
