Have your child tested for a Glutton allegory. Most fried foods have a or use flour for breading of some type which contain Glutton. Glutton can be found in most wheat based products.
Symptoms of the disease include diarrhea, weight loss, abdominal pain, chronic fatigue, weakness, malnutrition and other gastrointestinal problems. The disease may affect other organs and systems in the body, such as the bones, blood, the reproductive system and the nervous system.

Like others said, fried foods really aren't that good for you anyway.
Now, some people simply cannot eat fried foods, due to the grease and salt. I don't like it first thing in the morning, and greasy stuff will make my husband ill. I daresay your son has a similar problem.

Fried foods aren't really advisable anyway. The fat content is probably irritating his GI system. Lean protein, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats would be a much better diet for your son.

Why would you want to force a child to eat fried foods?
Let him eat fresh produce and fruit instead.

If he gets sick when he eats fried foods, don't make him eat them. He is probably lacking some enzyme that metabolizes fat--maybe he will outgrow it.
If you are really concerned about it, ask your pediatrician.
