I've already tried online dating and it doesn't work for me. I am also not interested in meeting them in churches since I hate going to church. (I am agnostic).
Also I am 26 and I am going to be a college grad in a few months.

just go out to places that you enjoy, and then look around for women there also. it would be easy to ask one of them a question or just comment on something, assuming that you would both share a common interest in it since you're both there.
example: let's say you like books and you like to read. so you go into a bookstore or the library and you're just browsing around. you see a girl that you could be interested in, browse over to the section that she's in, start glancing at books, if she picks one up, casually glace at it (not in a weird/creepy way) and say, "oh! i've heard that book was ______. what do you think about it?" or... "that looks interesting. what's it about?" or common questions like that. and then you're talking! and you can take it from there :) just be casual and cool and don't freak women out, sometimes they're sceptical about talking to strangers and people they don't know or have just met. so don't be pushy or over the top about whatever you talk about.

If you live an active lifestyle then the gym would be the ideal place for you to meet women. However, if that is not your style, perhaps you should look into various forms of community service. My brother found his wife while working with a community service project (I cant remember what project specifically). Some suggestions would be Habitat for Humanity or donating time at a soup kitchen.

Anywhere and everywhere. There seems to be something of sods law about it - the harder you look for something, the less likely you are to find it. Just keep your eyes open for an opportunity to meet someone whenever you're out, and don't try too hard. You never know when you might find yourself standing next to a cute girl at the bus stop, or when you might run into a pretty woman at the supermarket. Don't think in terms of there being one specific place to look - just try to look your best at all times and keep an eye open for a pretty girl. P:

The library, the bus, Barnes & Nobles, the mall, or even by taking a walk on Sundays. You'll be surprised what a walk to do in the right area.

Have you tried getting online to see where you could join a single club? Have you tried networking through friends and family, kinda like looking for a job type of networking.
