I like cottage cheese but only if it's large curd. The difference between the large and small curd is how big the curds are cut when manufactured.

I've always liked cottage cheese. I think lower fat kinds might be better. Higher fat ones taste too rich, like drinking whole milk if you're used to 2% or skim. And I think large curd just has great big lumps in it while small is nothing but small lumps. I've never really thought about it before, but I guess I like large curd because the large curds are kind of fun to eat.

I wish I did, but for some reason I just can't swallow it. I've tried with just one or two curds on a spoon with a big spoon of jello and it just sits in my mouth won't go down. it's really good for you if you get the low-fat kind. Large curd or small depends on which your mouth prefers they taste the same, just different textures.
