You have a beautiful eyes, a slender neck & clear skin. A pixie cut will really allow these features to stand out.
I think you should choose a cut w/ a bit of volume or w/ a bit of bangs.

Oh yeah go for it, you have the features! But I reccommend more of a mod look; and definitely more like audrey tatou in amelie. The super short pixie wouldn't be as flattering.

I think it would look good.
Maybe not really short pixie but short.
Still if you want it that short it would be cute....
And I highly doubt that you would look masculine.
But maybe try something like this, I tend to like them better than the really short?

as to your question, i would say a definite yes ! you would look extremely cute, and your facial features are slightly similar to her's as well ! you have a very feminine face, and do not have a boyish figure, so you would not look masculine.
if i were you, i would go for a darker color like Winona's as well. It would definetly go very cute with your complexion.
im going to be a hairstylist and several of my friends come to me for highlighting/coloring, so this is my very professional, and yet humble opinion. { Tee, Hee ! joking }

I think the pixie look would look great on you, since you have such strong facial features.

wow girl you have the face to cut it short. go for the impish pixie cut. over the ears and short back cut to about 1" all over. you are skinny and have a beautiful face for it. "northern lights" star Maureen O'Connor cut. 1997-6

you definitley have the features for the pixie look i would just dye your hair brown to match your eyebrows. it will look gorgeous!!
